Trane again joins forces with South Africa Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles

Service First director, Alistair Sansom, has confirmed that his company has renewed its support of the South Africa Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles as an official sponsor of the
2025 TRANE Pinotage Trophy and the TRANE Cabernet Sauvignon Trophy.
“We are excited to again join forces with one of the world’s most dynamic and prestigious wine competitions, now held in South Africa,” says Alistair. “A significant portion of our customers are in the wine industry, which makes this partnership a perfect match. Our commitment to quality puts us in the perfect position to provide equipment of the highest standard to the wine industry.”
“We are honoured to keep Trane Service First Group as South Africa Selection’s official partner,” said Lorraine Immelman, director of the South Africa Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. “Their support will help us create an exceptional experience for our judges and participants, while also honouring two of South Africa’s two most iconic varietals. As 2025 marks the centenary of Pinotage, a uniquely South African varietal first created in 1925, the TRANE Pinotage trophy will add historic significance to this year’s celebration.”
Scheduled to take place from 18–20 September 2025, the South Africa Selection gathers internationally acclaimed sommeliers, oenologists, wine journalists, and industry professionals to evaluate and celebrate the finest wines produced in South Africa.
